Installation
To install the plugin download the last version, upload the entire sexy-contact-form folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or upload the .zip package through Plugins->Add New->Upload.. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
You will find 'Creative Contact Form' menu in your WordPress admin panel.
How to use
ShortCode
To insert Creative Contact Form anywhere in content, you need to use the shortcode.
  • To insert form in content, use shortcode. It has the structure [creativeform id="ID"]. Where ID is the id of desired form. You can get the shortcode from forms list page (Creative Contact Form->Forms).
    Just copy the shortcode and place anywhere in content.
Requirements
Creative Contact Form will only work correctly if your setup meets these requirements.
  • WordPress! 3.6 or higher.
  • PHP 5.3+
  • MySQL 5+
Important: We can only provide support for setups that
  • meet the above requirements.
  • do not have extension files or WordPress! core files which have been altered in any way.
